We accept returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are defective. Custom-made or personalized pieces are also final sale.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and it may take up to 10 additional business days for your financial institution to post the transaction to your account.
